Company Ekotakas sells Poliflock brand flocculants. Poliflock flocculants are cationic, anionic, non-ionic.

Our flocculants can be used in variuous processes:

 

• Sludge dewatering
• Secondary sludge sedimentation improvement
• Waste water treatment
• Drinking water treatment

 

Flocculants - water soluble synthetic acrylamide polymers and coopolymers of variuous molecular weight. Flocculants can be used for waste water treatment and sludge dewatering.

 

 

Flocculation - process in which destabilised particles are gathered together into one big aggregation. Suspened in water particles are adsorbed very quickly. It is non returnable process.

 

When adosorption is finished, insoluble aggregation is possible to remove mechanically.

 

Main equipment used with flocculants as dewatering additives:

 

1. Sedimentation basins

2. Geotubes. Mainly used for dredging works. 

3. Mechanical equipment as centrifuges, belt presses, filterpresses, ect.

 

Flocculants can be in powder form or liquid form.
