Big problem in animal farms  - odours and high volume of liqud manure.

 

 

Our products can help to solve these problems.  Biopreparate Poliflock BTS is used for bad odours elimination.

 

It is possible to dewater liquid manure using geotubes and special chemicals. All neccessary nutrients are gathered in dewatered manure thus allowing to use manure for fertilising.

 

There is possible to store dewatered manure in geotubes as much as neccessary without problem of bad odour. This is most safe storage of manure comparing with traditional storage lagoons.

 

The dry solids of dewatered manure reaches 30-40% comparing to traditional lagoons where manure has approx. 6-8% DS. So it means that dewatered manure volume is 5-7 times less and client can save on manure storage and transporting.

 

We can catch into geotubes following nutrients:

 

90% of phosphorus

60% of nitrogen

50% of potassium

 

80% reduced BOD in filtrate

80% reduced COD in filtrate

90-99% dry solids is kept in geotube

bad odours are reduced significantly
